Reservations are guaranteed by an advance deposit equal to one nights lodging.  Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted for reservations only. 

Deposits made by check must be mailed within 5 days of contact date of reservation.  The balance is due on arrival in cash, check or money order.  Deposits will be refunded, less a ten percent handling fee, if cancellation is received at least fourteen days prior to anticipated arrival.

Check In Time:  3:00 - 9:00 pm
If arrival will be after 9:00 pm, please phone with approximate time of arrival.

By 11:00 am
Room rates are based on double occupancy plus 7% state sales tax and occupancy tax.

Each nights stay includes a full breakfast. Breakfast is served beginning at 8:30 am, but hot beverages will be available around 7:00 am. so you can come down and help yourself!

Well-behaved, supervised children over the age of 6 are always welcomed at Emerson House B&B.  Additional persons are an extra $25 per night.

We ask our smoking guests to be considerate of others who do not and smoke only on the main floor porch outside the dining room.

NYS Thruway to Albany ~ Exit 24.  Follow signs North to Montreal.  Take I-87 (Northway) to exit 23 (Warrensburg / Diamond Point).  Make a left off exit ramp toward Route 9 (heading South on the Northway turn right off ramp onto Route 9).  At the traffic light  make a right heading North (on Route 9/Main Street).  Emerson House is one mile up on your right ~ on the corner of Main Street and Emerson Avenue.  Come to the front door on Main Street upon arrival.  Parking is behind the house between the house and barn off of Emerson Avenue.
