 Reservations are
guaranteed by an advance deposit equal to one nights lodging.
Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted for reservations only.
Deposits
made by check must be mailed within 5 days of contact date of
reservation. The balance is due on arrival in cash, check or money
order. Deposits will be refunded, less a ten percent handling fee,
if cancellation is received at least fourteen days prior to anticipated
arrival.
Check
In Time: 3:00 - 9:00 pm
If arrival will be after 9:00 pm, please phone with approximate time of
arrival.

By 11:00 am
Room
rates are based on double occupancy plus 7% state sales tax and occupancy tax.
Each
nights stay includes a full breakfast. Breakfast
is served beginning at 8:30 am, but hot beverages will be available
around 7:00 am. so you can come down and help yourself!
Well-behaved, supervised children over the age of 6 are welcomed at Emerson House.
Children 6-12 are an additional $10 per night. Children over 12 to adult are an additional $25 per night.
We ask
our smoking guests to be considerate of others who do not and smoke only
on the main floor porch outside the dining room.
